Mel is kind and friendly. Her skills as a hair dresser are excellent and she offers personalised advice about the best care for your hair. She is calm and kind, making it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience to go and get your hair washed, cut, dyed and styled.

Only the second visit for a colour, and am delighted again with the outcome. The products are organic and i love how they make my hair feel... the colour really holds well and i think is better than conventional methods, and also kinder. Melissa is really lovely, welcoming and friendly. The appointment is unrushed and so i feel very relaxed by the end !!! Was only meant to be temporary while my usual hairdresser is on maternity leave but i would consider continuing with Melissa. I have another appointment booked. Prices are also very reasonable. Overall a lovely experience!
